You may use the website without providing any personal information or registering. However, if you wish to apply to any volunteering opportunity role using the online forms, you are requested to provide relevant contact details, such as your name, e-mail, student ID and contact telephone number to enable us to process your application.

The details held are the details you gave Brunel University upon registration. If you wish to alter your registration details you must contact the Student Centre. We can not be held responsible for any inaccurate personal details.

We reserve the right to include content from sites including but not limited to You Tube, Twitter, and Facebook. We use our best endeavours to protect the interests of the individuals featured in the content on our website.

Our use of any user-generated images and video for campaigning purposes will not involve the collection or storage of personal data. No information will be passed to third parties or transferred overseas.

Survey data will be held anonymously and separately, and no identifiable or personal information will be associated with it. All data will be transferred over secure connections

The website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions express in such web sites, and such web sites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Inclusion of any linked web site on or through the website or the service does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked web site by us. All logos and service marks on the website are either trademarks or registered trademarks of the University or its partners. We have sought permission to use logos from external organisations and charities for this website, therefore they cannot be copied for own use from this website.

Any posts that have been published or displayed on this website have been done so with the information given by a Charities Form all organisations have to submit. By signing our Partnership Agreement you understand and agree that the Brunel Volunteers may review and delete or remove any content which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of our students.
