Brunel University London – Chemistry of Chocolate Lecture Stewards

Details of the Organisation:

This is a Brunel University Lecture with sponsorship from Chilterns and Middlesex RSC. Chemistry Week is run each year by Jane Essex. Jane left Brunel earlier in the year but has agreed to do this annual lecture as it was already booked before her leaving date.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

The Chemistry of Chocolate lecture event will be on 22nd November from 7-8.30PM.

Volunteers will be need to be available from 6.30pm-9pm to be on the doors as people come into the Eastern Gateway Building.

2 stewards needed on the ground floor on each side and 2 at the top exits.

Skills required:

  • No previous experience required

Additional benefits to the Volunteer:

  • Hours volunteered will be recorded on your HEAR -which goes on your permanent university record.
  • All hours contribute towards your Brunel Volunteers Awards, which leads to an invitation to the Brunel Volunteers Awards Ceremony.
