Horn of Africa Youth Association – Assistant Fundraiser

Details of the Charity:

Horn of Africa Youth Association (HAYA) aims to provide tailor-made services for young people from Refugee backgrounds, especially those from East Africa, who are excluded from mainstream activities because of their ethnicity and refugee status. These youth face a number of barriers, such as language difficulties, high unemployment levels and a lack of social opportunities.

Our services include Educational & Sports activities that encourage young people to reach their full potential as individuals, thereby enabling them to mature into confident, responsible citizens, who can make a positive contribution to the local economy of Hillingdon.
